ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
NTT DATA is currently looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. This is a fully remote position in the U.S. Job Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop and implement enhancements/fixes within ServiceNow
- Ensure project and enhancement deployment as per conceptual design documentation and architecture
- Comfortable acting as the sole technical resource on a project and able to translate business requirements into a technical solution
- Collaborate with various Information Technology and business stakeholder groups to ensure deployed solutions meet all agreed upon criteria
- Responsible for administration, development and day to day support of ServiceNow
- Build and maintain Service Catalogues inclusive of workflow and Orchestration
- Create and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI Policies, etc. (JavaScript)
- Troubleshoot and resolve any potential technical application issues
- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices (code best practices, update sets, table relationships, application customization, etc.)
- Adhere to client's Change Management principles to ensure the stability of sub-production and production environments
- Proactive, responsive and focused on anticipating future requirements and/or issues
- Recover quickly after change, disruptions, or mistakes and can remain productive and focused. Is adaptable and can apply lessons learned in one situation to another situation.
- Develop clear and concise technical/process documentation
- Monitor software and MID server performance statistics
- Global Reports creation and administration
- Assist with ITSM application enhancements planning, testing and implementation
- 5+ years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- 5+ years experience using JavaScript in ServiceNow
- 5+ years experience as an administrator for ServiceNow Service Catalogs and Service Portal
- 5+ years experience using web services in ServiceNow (REST and SOAP)
- 5+ years experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms via all available options (automated flat file loads and transform maps, web services, connectors, etc.)
- Experience using Integration Hub and Service Graph connectors
- Experience acting as an administrator for all ITSM modules
- Experience acting as the primary regression testing resource for a ServiceNow upgrade.
- Strong understanding of the Users, Groups, Roles, and Security Groups implementation in ServiceNow and the automated methods used to maintain them.
- Sound knowledge of industry standards and methodologies
- Experience implementing and maintaining SLAs
- Broad understanding of software applications in use; including but not limited to Peoplelink, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Citrix, Systems Centre Suite of Products, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work with globally dispersed virtual teams
- Strong work ethic, detail oriented and able to solve problems
