This is an opportunity to thrive in a diverse work environment! Showcase your technical knowledge and analytical skills to implement cyber security programs & strategies. You will also occasionally travel to support technical reviews, determine the optimum mix of technology, policy and procedures.In addition, you will get to:• Conduct risk assessments for various USG classified networks• Participate in certification and accreditation processes• Provide recommendations for system, network and application design• Analyze system operations and periodic audits• Streamline workflow processes, identify deviations, and assist vulnerability assessments• Oversee program control processes to ensure risk mitigation• Develop and manage Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M)• Apply Information Assurance toolsets• Stay current on industry best practices This position may be filled as a Principal Cyber Information Assurance Analyst or Senior Principal Cyber Information Assurance Analyst. Basic Qualifications for a Principal Cyber Information Assurance Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience. Note: An additional 4 years of work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Information Assurance processes for various USG classified networks, certification and accreditation activities such as, Security Plans and update the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M)
- Willingness to obtain CISSP certification within 6 months
- Minimum Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of work experience. Note: An additional 4 years of work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Information Assurance processes for various USG classified networks, certification and accreditation activities such as, Security Plans and update the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M)
- Willingness to obtain CISSP certification within 6 months
- Minimum Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Basic understanding of Active Directory forests, including root and child domains, Microsoft Exchange, Linux Enterprise Environments
- Basic understanding of Xacta process
- Basic understanding of virtualized environments (VMWare, ESX) and VDI
- Basic understanding of storage platforms such as, NetApp and PureStorage
- Experience with Information Assurance processes for various USG classified networks
- Experience with periodically conducting a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closed.
- Experience with setting up new or streamlining workflow processes
