job summary:

• Preparing and summarizing historical analyses and reports of system configurations and usage metrics.
• Collaborating with technical and business teams - including business analysts, application teams, project managers, and development groups.
• Providing capacity management support and consulting for projects.
• Presenting capacity utilization assessments and forecast results with stakeholders.

• Practical knowledge and experience with OS internals, performance monitoring and data collection tools
• Ability to use tools to parse, merge, analyse, and present performance and capacity data

• Technical analyst skills with experience with database, scripting experiences in MySQL, Excel and MS Access.
• Experience in writing stakeholder presentations and reports in PowerPoint.
