Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. The position will be located in Linthicum, MD, and will require the selected candidate to work on-site, full-time, at our Linthicum campus. This position will be responsible for the build out and operations of an enterprise classified corporate infrastructure that supports multiple programs across every Northrop Grumman sector as a service. As the operations manager, the successful candidate will bring a strong management approach with the ability to also understand technical details and lead this important service offering. The position requires leadership, excellent communication skills, and a focus on process in order to deliver as it is a geographically dispersed team of systems administrators, network engineers, and desktop technicians. An a bility to interface with all levels of management is important. Responsibilities will include interfacing with sector CIOs, their staff, sector program managers, and executive leadership; developing program plans and milestones and then delivering on them; ensuring processes are documented and followed, and that services remain available and relevant to our customers. Occasional travel may be required. Basic Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university, in addition to 7 years of experience (with a Master's) or 9 years of experience (with a Bachelor's).
- Strong leadership qualities including excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Prior management and leadership experience, ideally in project management or IT service management.
- An active DoD Top Secret level security clearance; maintaining the required security clearance will be a condition of continued employment.
- The ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company, and also by customer and/or program requirements; maintaining a SAP/SAR clearance will be a condition of continued employment.
- A strong project management background is highly desired.
- Experience performing systems administration of Windows or Linux servers and/or experience building and maintaining networks utilizing Cisco technologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise data center architectures and technologies.
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing technologies.
- Familiarity with NISPOM, RMF, and JSIG standards.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret SCI security clearance.
- Experience performing operations in an Agile framework .
