We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to work as a level 1 agent. This position handles incoming calls, looking to resolve short, common issues or to gather necessary information to escalate to a level 2 agent. Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills are essential to provide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for support.Core Requirements:- Communicate professionally with customers
