Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Global Operations Security is seeking a Cyber Information Assurance Project Manager to support the Sentinel Cybersecurity team in Roy, UT. This position is part of a growing cybersecurity staff and will oversee various cybersecurity activities across the Sentinel footprint. The Cyber Project Manager will report directly to the Sentinel Global Operations Cybersecurity Lead and will have direct interface to program senior level leadership. Responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Build and develop cross-functional project teams
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
  • Maintain regular and routine communication with key stakeholders including GBSD Cybersecurity Management, program management teams, the ES Program Management Office, the Information Technology Organization, Industrial Security, and internal and external customers.
This position may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications below.Basic Qualifications Level 3:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience. 4 additional years of work experience can be substituted for the Bachelors degree.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain/ maintain DoD Secret security clearance
  • Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Special Access Programs (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company and also by customer and/or program requirements, as a condition of continued employment.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
Basic Qualifications Level 4:
  • Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years of experience. 4 additional years of work experience can be substituted for the Bachelors degree.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain/ maintain DoD Secret security clearance
  • Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Special Access Programs (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company and also by customer and/or program requirements, as a condition of continued employment.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or similar STEM related discipline, along with 4 years of ISSO/ISSM experience.
  • Diverse classified information systems security/information assurance background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience communicating with customer and program leadership.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SAP/SAR access.

Salary Range: $90,400 USD - $135,600 USD

Salary Range 2: $112,000 USD - $168,000 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
