It's all part of what makes #MyRichmondFed a great place to work!The End User Services (EUS) Department has an immediate opening for a Product Marketing Analyst, reporting into the Product Marketing & Analysis chapter of the Experience Team. In this role, you will be part of an organization focused on advancing the digital experience for the entire FRS workforce. The Experience Team operates as strategic advisors helping product teams design and deliver great experiences, requiring strong relationship building skills. You will work alongside User Experience to translate insights into action; Product Marketing to translate understanding of customers and capabilities into product and marketing strategies; and Communications and Technology Adoption experts who help product teams foster product awareness and adoption.As a Product Analyst, you will support product development, management and marketing in EUS. This role works collaboratively with Product Teams and those in other Experience Team roles to support product strategies, decision making, and other analytical efforts for end user productivity, collaboration, and communication products.What You Will Do:

  • Support Product Marketing with insights, analysis and recommendations to develop product marketing strategies
  • Advise product teams on prioritization based on customer insights and data
  • Partner with Communications and Technology Adoption to identify opportunities to increase product awareness and adoption
  • Support establishing and improving product experience and adoption metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business / product analysis
  • Ability to design, author and tailor guidance materials and communications to their appropriate audience and present information in a credible, confident, and influential manner
  • Familiarity with IT terminology and components (network, storage, Cloud, agile, etc.)
  • Creative mind with qualitative and quantitative skills
  • Skilled use of MS Office Products
  • Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint and MS Teams

  • The hiring range is $90,400 - $113,000 annually.
