This position will be located out of Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.Position Overview:At C2BMC-JEMINI, our teams strive towards building and delivering solutions to our customer's most challenging problems that include cyber resilient mission systems in an Agile work environment.   • Candidate will lead or participate in system troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance activities, to include on-site and/or telephonic maintenance support.
  • Furthermore, candidate will serve as C2BMC-JEMINI application subject matter expert providing Level 2 troubleshooting, break fix and preventative maintenance actions, which involved interaction with remote C2BMC-JEMINI sites and different levels of leadership within the C2BMC-JEMINI command center.
  • Our Level 2 Maintainers are driven by and enabled to be visionary and come up with better and new ways of innovation from automated provisioning of systems to enterprise monitoring.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
  • Position is normally Mon - Fri: may require on-call, evening and weekend support during system anomalies and or tests.
Basic Qualifications:If applicable, please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume.
  • An active Top Secret clearance is required.
  • 10 Years with Bachelor's degree in a related field; 14 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA)
  • Successful candidate must possess the ability to technically diagnose, mitigate/troubleshoot issues, and contribute to an on-site team providing 24x7 support to the C2BMC-JEMINI application suites that are globally dispersed in different time zones.
  • Highly skilled in System Administration, Monitoring, Application and Automated delivery disciplines to ensure quick and efficient delivery of systems in its performance, uptime and cyber posture.
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience to direct the assessment and development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and/or Operating Instructions (OIs) to effectively administer, operate and manage services under C2BMC-JEMINI operational control.
  • In depth background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.
  • In depth experience in system and/or network administration that could include the following (Linux, Windows, Nutanix cloud infrastructure, MDA CLAN and DISA EM network usage).
  • In depth experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components using bash/pearl scripting or Ansible.
  • In depth background and experience in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with DISA and MDA network connectivity.

Salary Range: $103,900 USD - $155,900 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
