Cybersecurity Business Analyst - 100% onsite

Job Qualifications: The Business Analyst will provide organizational support through data analysis and system analysis for all applications related to Business technology. Will conduct Data analysis and perform comprehensive analysis of source system data and data within the data warehouse to meet client business needs. Responsible for assisting leadership with meetings, excel datasheets, budget, organizational support through SharePoint and the setup of structured folders. Demonstrates forward thinking by conducting thorough analyses of data requests and changes to implement proposed solutions.Documentation and support to ensure all department documentation is current, accurate and available for Directors, PMO, Management, and team. Works with team to develop project plans, scope documents, specifications, source to target documents, framework specifications and support documentation.Responsibilities: Able to provide a toolset and able to take detailed infrastructure and get deliverables, pulling reports, heat maps, tracking budges Assists in the development of department documentation for support of applications/users Follows department change management procedures for documentation and notification to clients Completes project server tracking reports Performs a thorough problem analysis using sound judgment and initiative Identifies root cause and determines remedies for problems Identifies and communicates options and proposed solutions Develops a comprehensive analysis of pros/cons and implications of proposed solutions Seeks out required data for problem analysis and resolution Creates and executes test plans adequately Assists in the maintenance of software changes across the production and test environments according to department proceduresCertifications: Business Analyst certs (preferred), CPHIMS (preferred)Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize 7-10 years of Business Analyst experience Basic hospital financial reporting and experience with both financial and clinical analyses in a healthcare setting Knowledge of healthcare terminology, coding practices, and KPI definitions Highly pro cient in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft O ce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheet, Monday, or other PM tools) Able to provide a toolset and able to take detailed infrastructure and get deliverables, pulling reports, heat maps, tracking budget Highly organized and detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills High written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel from senior leadership to frontline staff. Ability to drive and track requirements to support initiatives Drive to the root cause of lagging projects and work with executive leadership to define the appropriate mitigation strategies Delivering work through the project life cycle Producing written documentation to support the work, report on findings to present to the stakeholders when necessary.Preferred: Experience within Healthcare Understanding of Cyber Security compliance framework Strong team-building skills, listening skills, risk mitigation skills Current Driver s Lic. as this person may be asked to travel between cites if needed. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Health Care Administration (relevant experience in excess years or appropriate certifications may be substituted) Master s in related field (preferred)
