A Greater Philadelphia-based provider of IT services is seeking to expand its staff by hiring a Windows Support Technician on a full-time basis. The ideal applicant will be crucial in providing small and midsized organizations with top-notch IT assistance and ideally has MSP expertise with Windows, O365, and Active Directory. IT specialists that excel at providing excellent customer care and have a solid understanding of Windows and Microsoft should seize this opportunity. Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support
• Knowledge of or experience with VMware
• Experience supporting mobile devices and desktop computers (including IOS devices)
• Knowledge of or experience with networking
• Experience creating GPO with Active Directory
• High level of communication and customer service skills

• 2+ years working in an MSP
