Project Manager Job Functions, Essential Duties, And Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management from initiation to closure, manage project planning, define scope, goals, deliverables, and timing
  • Engage with the business to identify and define scope for continuous improvement, innovative, and Best Practice initiatives and assist or lead those initiatives to improve the efficiency of processes and systems
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and deliver detailed notes
  • Support project deployments and continuous improvement initiatives working in partnership with Operations, QA and other IT teams and Business Team
  • Defines Strategy and Requirements - analyze business requests to determine how best to create a successful resolution and build business case with stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
  • Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Assess opportunities to improve delivery, schedule and quality in a highly dynamic environment while proactively managing risks and issues
Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements:
  • Bachelor' s degree from an accredited college preferred but not required
  • Experience leading digital projects with an understanding of agile methodologies
  • Experience using project management software ( Jira, Gantt Chart Tool )
  • Ability to quickly pivot on new courses of action, courage to experiment and quickly adapt to new situations
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and highly organized and efficient with time management
