Join our team and work in a dynamic group that is responsible for championing agile adoption and continuous improvement across a $1.5B business unit. Space Systems is currently searching for an experienced Scrum Master/Principal Scrum Master to join the Launch Vehicles business unit in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will start out by partnering with our Agile Coach and Practitioners to learn our culture, Agile Methodology, and training materials. Then slowly transition to Coaching Scrum Teams and Agile Release trains. Other responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Agile, Confluence, and Jira training, practices, policies, and procedures across the enterprise. This position may be offered at the Scrum Master Level 2 or maybe offered at the Principal Scrum Master Level 3Basic Qualifications:If offered at the Scrum Master Level 2 requires:2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with MastersIf offered at the Principal Scrum Master Level 3 level requires:5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters

  • demonstrated Coaching experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
  • Bachelor's degree in Related Field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate and communicate the technical artefacts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Scrum Master Certification preferred
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred

Salary Range: $73,400 USD - $110,000 USD

Salary Range 2: $90,400 USD - $135,600 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
