They are in need of a skilled analyst to join their already amazing team!Why join us?Our flexible benefits program includesMedical, vision (group medical), and prescriptions Dental, including orthodontiaGroup life and accidental death and dismembermentLong-term disabilityFlexible spending accounts for medical and dependent careJob DetailsThe Epic Application Analyst provides continuous technical and application support/analysis for simple to moderately complex applications.Experience with currently installed computer and telephone equipment, and operating systems.Ability to work independently and in teams with good problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.Diligent, results-oriented work habits.Ability to set priorities, produce accurate work, and meet deadlines; ability to function in a setting with a wide variety of duties and numerous interruptions.Demonstrated competence in analysis and trouble-shooting.Participated in project implementationDemonstrated understanding of healthcare computing environments.Demonstrated continued professional development in applicable areas.Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, learn quickly with strong attention to detail.Proven record of excellent leadership, communications, and organization skills.Demonstrated ability to work with computer systems and personal computers.Microsoft Office proficiency is required.Education:Bachelor Degree plus 1 (1) year industry related experience, OR Associates degree and 3 years related experience, OR five (5) years related experience.Experience:Information Services Background: Industry experience preferred, previous project management experience preferred, experience in information technology as a business analyst or systems analyst in a medium to large organization with multiple technology implementations preferred.ORClinical Background: Clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting. Clinical or Health & Life Science education/degree/licensure (RN, RRT, RPH) is a plus.ORHealthcare Operations Background: Experience in healthcare operations, such as billing, scheduling, access services, health information management or other support functions. Knowledge of computerized appointment scheduling, billing procedures, coding and patient flow is a plus.Certifications/Licenses:Any certifications related to software applications, technology infrastructure and/or clinical specializations is an advantage.Interested in hearing more?
