Hiring Support Providers 4 Youth & Adults experiencing DD (Eugene)

North Star Pathways is recruiting for committed and knowledgeable support providers for youth and young adults who experience developmental disabilities. North Star Pathways is a small, parent led providers agency serving our community since 2014.

Job description: Care Providers are responsible for providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities; Support may take place in the home, out in community or work place.

Depending on the individual needs of the person receiving support, this position may include general supervision, entertaining, feeding, dressing, personal care and behavior support. Care Providers are responsible for maintaining appropriate interactions with people with disabilities.

We are recruiting for several shifts falling between the hours of 8 am-6 pm Monday- Saturday.

Pay grade is dependent on experience.

Experience working with challenging behaviors is a plus

Driver's License and reliable transportation is a must
