Instructional Assistant (Molalla)

Molalla River Academy Charter School is seeking a part-time associate for a 1st/2nd grade blended classroom for the 2020-2021 school year.

This position runs between 25 and 35 hours/week, working Monday through Friday on days students are in school and some inservice days. The ideal candidate for this position:

Has an elementary teaching certificate or is pursuing a degree in education

Has at least 1 year experience working in an educational setting

Takes direction well

Is professional in communicating with others including staff and parents of students

Is flexible and contributes to goals with enthusiasm

Works well with others

Is capable of leading/guiding small groups and taking direction from the classroom teacher.
