Job Summary

The Sales Store Manager role is responsible for meeting both personal and location monthly sales goals of their respective location. This role also coordinates the safety and security of its employees and products, the hiring training and development of their team, and ensures location sales objectives are attained. As a T-Mobile Select authorized agent you run the elite team hired to connect customers to the people, places and things that matter most.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Trains, coaches and develops sales staff on all aspects of sales for Experts Choice, including, but not limited to, products, promotions, and merchandise

-Manages and motivates sales team on a daily basis to ensure Experts Choice sales are being met or exceeded

-Provides effective performance feedback to all staff and sets timeframe for achievement

-Consistently finds ways to increase employee and location productivity, DRIVES sales

-Maintains appropriate level of staffing at location by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training new employees

-Ensures availability of merchandise by maintaining inventory levels

-Markets merchandise by adhering to advertising, sales promotion, and display plans

-Secures merchandise and protects employees by adhering to security standards

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required

-Handles scheduling of staff at location to ensure appropriate shift coverage

-Handles all escalated customer service issues with professionalism

-Provides a total sales solution to our customers, for any of their wireless/mobility needs. This includes selling the value of T-Mobile's devices, accessories and service plans; maximizing T-Mobile-customer connections; saving our customers money; personalizing their experience; and protecting their investment

-Delivers an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the brand

-Accurately sets up accounts, so customers are ready to use their new devices and plans as soon as they leave the store

-Identifies the right solutions for customer billing, technical and/or account issues

-Complies with and trains on all operational policies and procedures

-Other duties as assigned

-Relevant history of high retail sales performance

Education/ Experience Requirements:

-High School diploma, AA preferred

-2-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred
