Customer Service Call Center
Currently looking for an energetic Customer Service professional to fill an opening with a growing company in the consumer product industry. Interested candidates should have 2 - 4 years of experience within a high volume customer service center.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Call Center
● Assist in the enrollment process
● Answer inbound calls leading to the sales of new policies as well as servicing existing policies
● Make Outbound calls to follow up on prospects
● Provide detailed explanations of products being recommended and sold
● Advocate for clients with insurance carriers regarding claims, enrollment and billing problems
Requirements of the Customer Service Call Center
● 2 - 4 years of experience within a high volume customer service center
● Experience in the Consumer Product industry preferred
● Advanced degree preferred
● Ability to multi-task and problem-solve an asset
