THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE
The Team Lead will support, mentor and lead their assigned team to ensure the overall success of the Lead Generation Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide ALL assigned team members with their initial and on-going training VIRTUALLY
Present ideas and materials that will assist the department
Assist IT with troubleshooting technical issues on a team member’s station through remote access
Create reports through Excel to ensure that the team is utilizing data efficiently and meeting production expectations
Demonstrate good judgment, decision making, and team-building skills within the assigned team
Identify issues within the department and create ideas to mitigate any possible issues in the future
Initiates corrective actions to achieve productivity goals for the assigned team and the success of the department
Monitor employee performance, identify issues and document tips and training forms for each team member
Motivate your team to exceed expectations and daily goals
Responsible for the team’s overall production and retention
Assist team members with escalated calls as needed
Performs other duties that may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Call Center experience preferred; Not required
Strong leadership skills with a focus on associate development
MUST be Professional and Friendly
MUST be able to operate a computer
Excellent verbal communication skills and proper grammar usage
A fast learner who adapts to change
Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and customer service
Ability to develop and maintain a working knowledge of the organization’s products and services
Ability to communicate with all levels of management both verbally and in writing
Adaptable to changes within position and department
