full stack software developerPay Rate : $48.28 / HR Cortech is seeking to hire an experienced full stack software developer to create quick application prototypes for the IT Innovation team which can potentially lead to company-wide deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries to produce scalable software solutions.

You should be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. You will manage projects from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of programming languages, software development life cycle, and Agile methodologies.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree is required. Full Stack Software Developer Responsibilities :

Collaborate with IT Innovation team and idea submitters to develop, test, and implement intuitive software prototype solutions

Design client-side and server-side architecture

Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, strong functionality, and optimization

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software, provide comprehensive support, achieve resolution to outstanding problems and issues

Create security and data protection settings

Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate technical documentation and or reports as requested

Clearly, professionally, and regularly communicate with management, technical support colleagues, and internal customers

Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry

Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment Full Stack Software Developer Requirements :

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role (4+ years experience)

Experience developing a variety of desktop, web, and mobile applications

Familiarity with common stacks and mobile application development frameworks (e.g. MERN, React, React Native, etc.)

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML / CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)

Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI / UX design

Prototyping skills (experience with Figma a plus)

Build CI / CD pipelines from Azure and AWS

Ideally also has experience with Azure, AWS, Elasticsearch, .NET, Azure bot framework, API development

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Great attention to detail, analytical mind, and organizational skills

The desire to work in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

Degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Knowledge of the software development life cycle 100% remote, would definitely consider international as long as they can communicate very well in English and can work close to Pacific Time hours
