RPA Business Analyst

Job Description

· Performs requirements gathering from customer teams on the detailed process mapping and involves IT and automation teams where required to further identify and qualify opportunities​

· Refines complexity of automation process and creates deployment plan​

· Works with the Business to identify process improvement opportunities for maximum impact and solution quality / integrity​

· Creates the process definition documentation and process maps used for automation to hand over to the automation development team​

· Works with developer to support solution design & UAT planning
