Tucson Operations Branch Manager (Tucson)

The Industry leader in Southwest Regional Delivery, with Same Day, Next Day Priority Deliveries, 1-Hour Rush, Regular Routed Distribution Services, Next Flight Out, Medical Stats and Routines, Time Scheduled Pickups and Airport Tenders/Recoveries is seeking a professional, seasoned Tucson Branch Operations Manager.

The successful candidate must be able to interact with our customers/agents and internal staff to provide exceptional service and act responsibly at all times with leadership skills that are consistent with the customer's and the company's best interests.

Tasks & Accountabilities:

Organizes and Directs the Branch Operations in order to achieve the highest standards of customer service, to maximize sales volume and achieve maximum profitability.

Recruits, selects, trains, schedules, develops, motivates, and reviews all Department Staff and Independent Contractors to ensure all workflows are maintained to IQ and Customer KPI’s

Manages and oversees all I/C Driver settlements and approves as appropriate with each subordinate Supervisor precedent to processing through Accounting

Ensures all Hourly personnel are scheduled and comply with all Payroll Administration Rules and protocols to optimize controls and productivity.

Ensures that Revenue Equipment Fleet is optimally utilized and maintained

Resolves customer’s complaints or inquiries through Root Cause Analysis and rectification with responsible parties in concert with the appropriate Sales personnel

Ensures compliance with all Facility Security and Safety recordkeeping procedures and practices

Various other tasks as assigned.

Skills / Minimum Requirements:

Must possess at least 3 years Pima and Cochise County Dispatch, Distribution, and Route Management experience

College Degree preferred, will consider others based on Industry Experience

Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills

Demonstrated computer skills, CXT experience a plus

Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
