Operations Associate

Nashville-based trucking company seeking full time Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate with prior experience in transportation/ logistics industry to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

Monday- Friday/ 2nd Shift 3:00 pm to close

Duties include but not limited to:

-Working in our company database to enter shipment data

-Answering calls, emails, & questions from customers

-Maintain records/ filing

-Label freight

Required Skills

-One year of forklift experience

-Experience in Logistics/ Trucking industry

-Proficient with Microsoft systems- especially Outlook email

-Professional etiquette & customer service skills

-Willing & eager to learn/ quick learner

-Ability to multi-task & work at a fast pace

-Self-starter who can get the job done without being micro-managed
