JOB SUMMARY
American Building Contractors (abc-usa.com) has an immediate full time position available for an Office Administrator to be part of a fast paced, high energy office in Cedar Rapids. You would provide administrative support services for our sales and production departments. Experience working with a construction company is preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Outstanding customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Salesforce
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to understand others’ perspectives
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience dealing with sales personnel
Experience working in the construction industry, preferably roofing and siding
Experience applying for and closing building permits
Experience working with material suppliers
Benefits:
Starting salary $35,000-$50,000/year DOE
