Office Assistantto join a legal office in Fresno, CA.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties including filing, front desk &receptionist duties along withproviding general clerical and administrative support to the legal team and attorneys as necessary.The Office Assistant position is being offered on a Temp to Hire (will become permanent),

Part-Timebasis. There is a possibility that full time hours may become available. The hours of this position are

Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM to 5:00 PMbut can offer additional flexibility if necessary. Pay range is between

$15.00-$17.50 per hour, DOE.

Essential Duties of the Office Assistant:

  • Front Office; Reception & Customer Service
  • Assisting legal staff and attorneys with administrative assistance
  • Filing, Data Entry, Written Correspondence, Phones, Mail, Faxing and General Clerical Duties

Requirements & Qualifications of the Office Assistant:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' Administrative experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent detail orientation, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Efficient and accurate
