Project Supervisor (Bozeman)

Schlauch Bottcher Construction, a general contracting company specializing in custom construction projects, is seeking a dedicated team member for the position of Project Supervisor for the Big Sky/Bozeman area. This position is responsible for the oversight and management of assigned construction project(s). Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: supervision of site personnel; plan specification review and facilitation of construction activities; procurement of construction related materials; project scheduling and critical pathway tracking; coordination of activities with vendors and subcontractors; setting and achieving project goals and deadlines; maintaining a high standard of quality control throughout the process; progress reporting and documentation; and other tasks as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess technical knowledge of construction building processes, practices and methods, and generally have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated construction related experience. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess strong scheduling, organization, communication, management, and problem-solving skills.
