Sanitation Crew Member – Full Time, Mon-Fri, Evening Shift (2095 Airport Road Kalispell MT)

Join the team that makes Redneck® brand meats in Kalispell! The sanitation crew is responsible for end-of-day cleanup in refrigerated work rooms, including sanitizing equipment, floors, walls and ceilings. This is a full-time position, year-round, no layoffs, no weekends. Shift begins at 5pm, half hour lunch, usually done by 1am. The successful applicant can complete tasks independently or as part of a team, pays attention to detail, have good eyesight (glasses ok), and can lift 50 pounds. Position starts at $15/hour and increases to $15.50/hour after probationary period. During pandemic, employees earn an extra $2.00/hour in appreciation for wearing face masks and complying with preventative procedures including temperature screening. Pay raises depend upon reliability and productivity.
