plays a critical role in strategizing and designing captivating digital
“experiences.” These experiences, or web/app destinations, help customers find
the products and services most relevant to their life needs. This role works
closely with marketing, creative, product, operations, and technology teams to
design digital-experiences that educate customers about AT&T’s breadth of
products, our competitive advantage, and how AT&T relates to their
interests and lifestyles.Responsibilities and Day-to-Day ViewIf
you’ve gained experience as a digital product manager, and are a driven
story-teller, you could help us:
Manage holistic,creative approaches driving sales of AT&T’s core products and services, andpartnerships.
Lead creative,product, and technology teams to develop and launch captivating experiencesappealing to specific customer interests.
Proactivelypartner with internal teams to develop compelling stories and new opportunitiesto enrich campaigns.
Research audienceand market dynamics to deeply understand customer behavior, develop personas,
Identify test andlearn opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
Synthesizecampaign data and insights for communication to key leaders and stakeholders.
RequiredQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevantdiscipline
Exceptional oral and writtencommunication skills
4-8 years’ experience in digitalmedia, online publishing/advertising, and/or eCommerce—particularly rolesin product management and/or content strategy
2+ years’ experience in media,creative, and web development
