Assistant Kitchen Manager - Ashland Golf Club (Ashland)

Essential functions, include, but are not limited to:

- Preparation of food for the course banquet facilities

- Assisting with weekly inventory and profit and loss statements

- Assisting with day to day operations of the restaurant

- Estimating food needs, and order as necessary

- Assisting in development of specials, using excess inventory

- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen areas, and ensure it meets health code regulations

- Implementing policies and procedures established by Landscapes Management Company

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Kitchen experience preferred
