Job Description
This internship will be partially remote but the hired applicant will be expected to come into the Mount Prospect office. Only local applicants will be considered.The Omni-Channel Retail Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting activities for our top retail partners in North America, including Amazon, The Home Depot and Lowe’s. The role includes a combination of in-store and online projects, such as:
- In-Store Reset Preparation - In Support of Product Launches and Transitions
- Field Team Support (Merchandising Replenishment)
- Retail Online Content Optimization (Images, Copy)
- Enhanced Content Submission & Organization
- Product Launch Support
- Online Review Coordination
- Customer Meeting Preparation
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
Requirements- Minimum of three years of education in an accredited Marketing program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Creative drive to bring new ideas and concepts to the business
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with e-commerce
- Experience with Retail Marketing
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug and background screen pre-employment
- Position only open to students who will not now, nor in the future require sponsorship to work in the United States
