Call Center Member Services Representative

DescriptionA National Healthcare Organization is in immediate need of a Call Center Member Services Representative . The Call Center Member Services Representative will be responsible for:

Taking all inbound calls from patients regarding various issues.

Answering questions about their plan coverage, initial claims information, and walking patients through their explanation of benefits.

The Representative must have healthcare experience

This position would train remotely and is confirmed work from home until January of 2021.
