Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Documents current work flow. Identifies areas at risk.

Develops recommendations for changed/new processes.

Coordinates obtaining consensus among affected parties.

Coordinates implementation and monitors post-implementation.

Makes necessary adjustments as needed.

May act as lead in providing direction to lower level associates in the department.

Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field3-5 years experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or project management required (this is an entry level role into process improvement)3-5 FACETs working knowledge/experience required (GBD FACETS highly preferred)Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent backgroundStrongly preferred skills:SME on Anthem Systems such as GBD FACETs, Compass, Care CompassSME on Provider Finder, Provider DirectoriesBackground and Knowledge in Provider Data FlowMedicare ComplianceMedicare OperationsMAO Provider requirements, Sales and Marketing guidelinesExperience with Provider Network or Provider ServicesGBD MACESS ExperienceRN Certified Project Manager or Certified Professional CoderAnthem, Inc. is ranked as one of America’s Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine and is a 2018 DiversityInc magazine Top 50 Company for Diversity.
