We are currently recruiting to fill the following position:Job DescriptionPRIDE IndustriesJob Description Job:  Workforce Development Director-ITSJob Code:  U73-PR-WorkforceDvlmntDir-ITSHR Title Group: Sales and MarketingSalary Grade: E17FLSA Status:  ExemptApproval Date:  September 2020SUPERVISES:There are direct reports with this position.POSITION SUMMARY:Under limited supervision, the Workforce Development Director leads the solution design & implementation for workforce development under the Inclusive Talent Solutions business line. Employees of this job classification plan and execute business strategies for services, coordinate and integrate activities with other divisions; assume responsibility for profit and loss results, contract interpretation and customer relations. This job requires knowledge of government workforce development programs, funding strategies, strategic management, business administration, budgeting, planning, resource management; and the ability to direct a wide array of business and operational functions in meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations while generating profit for the organization and meeting the job needs of people with disabilities.TYPICAL DUTIES:

Responsible for identifying funding strategies to support the training and staffing needs of ITS clients and customers.

Responsible for identifying employment network (EN) planning partners to grow ticket to work programs to scale to new markets.

Partners with PRIDE Development and Donor service team to identify and apply for grants in line with ITS business strategy.

Identify training solutions for PRIDE’s workforce development team members.

Establishes relationship for talent sourcing with other NPA in new markets to help with talent sourcing.

Establishes strategic goals and objectives and directs their execution. Develops supporting action plans that adapt to constant changes in market and industry conditions and overcomes issues that may prevent progress.

Provides leadership and policy direction toward achieving objectives and initiatives. Coaches and develops managers, coordinates work efforts, and applies effective methods of delegation and motivation.

Grow strategic alliances for long term partners of Inclusive Talent Solutions.

Organizes and directs division staff, and provides for selection, goal setting, performance management, professional development, work issue counseling, and rewards and recognition in accordance with Company policies and programs.

Prepares and delivers Request for Proposal (RFPs) documents and proposals.

Build relationships with all levels of executives at prospective clients, starting with the economic buyer, (where possible) to develop the partnership and further potential opportunities.

Operates with a quality assurance mindset and continuously monitors and makes recommendations for process improvements to positively impact key metrics.

Continuously looks for way to improve process, candidate and hiring manager experience and works with relevant parties to achieve improvements. Operates with a continuous improvement mindset.

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Denotes Essential Job FunctionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ten or more years working in rehabilitation industry or relevant experience is preferred;

Familiarity with the programs, processes and laws surrounding rehabilitation;

Knowledge of the workplace and job needs of persons with disabilities or physical challenges;

Supervisory skills to hire qualified employees, provide for their professional development, administer performance management and disciplinary processes effectively, and address employee relations appropriately;

Ability to effectively train and direct the work of employees to meet production/service goals;

Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their workforce management challenges;

Familiar with organizational policies, applicable laws, procedures, and processes;

Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from team, customers and others;

Human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team;

Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software;

Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division;

Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GEDMastersBusiness Administration or related fieldA Bachelors Degree is required for this position; a Masters Degree is preferred.A comparablecombination of formal education and work experience will be considered.CERTIFICATES REQUIRED: The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:CPR/First AidValid Driver's LicensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for an extended period of time with or without assistance. Maneuvering in and around worksite Lifting up to 30 pounds Viewing computer screen Utilizing keyboard WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in a fast-paced warehouse environment with some exposure to background noise. Frequent travel is to job sites is required. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
