Technical Product Program Manager Sr Analyst, Global Services (Remote - USA)As a Technical Program Management professional you will lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact – working remote from your home within the U.S., or onsite (pending pandemic resolution) in Round Rock, Texas.You will focus on proprietary software and systems development and optimization ensuring that the right technical software and hardware product information is available at the right time to the right audience, across internal team members, external business partner organizations, and Dell Technologies’ external customers from small business up to very large, global enterprises, across our organization’s entire software, and hardware, product service lifecycle.

Design and develop software tools and systems to implement Knowledge Centered Support best practices, improving knowledge accessibility for our global internal and external user base

Add capacity to the Solution Validation (SolVe) team to be able to proactively anticipate, design and implement solutions for the future

Support our partner business groups by collaborating with reporting teams to enable and produce relevant and timely metrics

Required Qualifications 2+ years of related, relevant experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree, Experience to include: Experience with on-demand dynamic publishing, its components and processes, for troubleshooting/support and for new system design and development Building, maintaining and supporting single-page dynamic web application UIs using Typescript, Angular and Redux Maintaining and supporting high availability backend systems based on .NET Core including Entity Framework with MSSQL, Elasticsearch with NEST, Redis, and RabbitMQ running within Pivotal Cloud Foundry Globalization and localization of .NET applications using Westwind for database driven resource storage Windows Desktop applications using .NET, C# and Windows Presentation Foundation Automated testing and continuous deployment of web apps using TSlint, Typescript .spec definitions and Jenkins automation Microsoft SQL Server both directly using SQL queries on SQL Management Studio and via Entity Framework for .NET Troubleshooting Cloud enabled software, investigating defects and root cause analysis of web applications with .NET Microservice backends running within Pivotal Cloud Foundry Agile + Kanban workflow patterns Version control systems including SVN and GIT, and build/deploy pipelines Demonstrated self-driven research and fast learning, rapidly upgrading skills and assimilating new software and technology information and developing diverse knowledge of new systems and solutions Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing, including proactively building relationships and working closely in collaboration as part of a geographically disperse team Work outside normal business hours frequently as needed to support team and customers across global time zonesDesired Qualifications Knowledge of and experience working effectively with Dell Technologies tools, systems and global organizationsDell Technologies is a unique family of businesses that helps organizations and individuals build their digital future and transform how they work, live and play—providing customers with the industry’s broadest and most innovative technology and services portfolio.
