Food and Beverage Manager for senior living community (Pierre)

We are currently seeking a hard-working and compassionate individual to join our team as our Dining Services Director. In this role at Edgewood Pierre (a 72 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community), you would get to provide a nutritious and pleasant dining experiences to our residents, their families, staff, and guests through the preparation and distribution of quality food. You would supervise day-to-day activities of all dining staff, follow proper food handling controls and documentation to comply with regulations, assist in planning and carrying out food preparation and delivery for events, and oversee recruitment and hiring of dining staff.

Minimum Requirements

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

Certified Dining Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) preferred.

2-3 years of proven management experience as a Director or Chef in a food service operation.

Dining experience in long term care setting or a health care setting a plus.

Must possess a current Serv Safe certification.

Passion and drive for helping others.
