Front End Product (FEP) Service Business Unit (SBU) is seeking an ambitious candidate who has strong technical knowledge (preferably FEP semiconductor equipment in the areas of hardware, process engineering and customer fab operations) as well as solid business acumen. This person will work closely with the FEP Service Business Unit, Engineering teams, Marketing, and above all the Field operations/Sales teams to drive service product releases and develop go-to-market strategies to continue to grow the business. The candidate should have a passion for technical program management and possess strong communication skills; this is a strategic role and will suit someone who can drive growth in partnership with a cross-functional team. Close collaboration within FEP SBU, other AGS teams and FEP BU will be required. The candidate should be prepared for occasional travel within North America and Europe region and other parts of the world. This position can be remote anywhere in the United StatesKey Responsibilities

Develop, penetrate and manage innovative service and spares products

Defines market requirements by collaborating with internal and external customers

Collaborates with Engineering to develop solutions to solve our customers’ most challenging problems and drive cost reduction roadmap.

Technical program management

Engage in new product design cycle to ensure after-sale support planning and service growth strategy is included from initial concept through final product release.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (MBA, Master’s, PhD preferred)

5+ years of experience

Experience in technical roles (product support, process development, engineering project management) required

Experience with semiconductor equipment and process strongly preferred.
