Operations Planner, IW/EW Systems SME

SOLUTE is seeking a talented Navy Veteran to for a position as Operations Planner, IW/EW Systems Subject Matter Expert to join the Distributed Training Architecture Support (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP). We need the rare skill sets you have developed through your Naval Career to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). Be on the cutting edge of Live Virtual Training and make a difference to our Navy’s capability at the same time. Join this exceptional team of Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians and Equipment Operators in the configuration and operation of the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers; Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration and Execution; BMD Systems and Training Support; Tactical Data Management Support and Executive Agent Support.Requirements

Twenty years of Navy experience

Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance

Five years of technical electronic warfare management experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer or equivalent supervising combat system configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair

Recent configuration and operation experience for one or more of the following systems:

Modelilng and Simulation, Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF)/Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT)

SLQ-32, BEWT and other EW related training systems

ASSET, JTT and other equivalent IW related training systems

Recent management/supervision experience of Strike Group Information Warfare Commander staff watch standers or recent management/supervision of EW/IW warfare commander level staff training

Recent EW operational database management experience or M&S enumerations and entity mapping database management experience

Qualified as one or more of the following: Tactical Action Officer, Electronic Warfare Officer, Information Warfare Officer, Electronic Warfare Supervisor or equivalent military experience

Flag/executive level briefing experience
