Support Position For Accounting Firm (Saint George)

We are seeking two new employees that can help us handle the continued growth we are seeing. We are looking for people who are seeking long term employment, not people just looking for a short term check. We have two openings available. One position would be helping deliver the customer's entity setup paperwork. You wouldn't be setting up the entities, just making sure they were accepted by the state they live in and following up with the customers to confirm. Also, you would be packaging up their "welcome packet" and then send it to them.

The second position would be to help deliver our tax plans. You would be on calls and walking them through the information in the tax plan that was put together by the accountants.

We have a fun lose environment where we don't have dress codes. If you are uptight and can't have fun while at work then this wouldnt be something you want to apply for. We have a large breakroom that comes fully stocked with food, sodas, snacks and coffee.
