Handyman Needed for Rental Property Repair/Upkeep (Charleston, and St. Albans)

Handyman needed to repair and do upkeep on rental property mainly in and around Charleston and St. Albans, WV. Examples of what Job will entail are:

Painting, carpet replacement, cleaning, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, cutting grass, etc

Must have your own tools, and weed eater, lawnmower, etc truck or trailer . Occasional hauling of bldg. materials or appliances a plus.

Needed immediately. Hourly rate $10.00-16.00/hr.depending on qualificatiins.
