Job Description
Assist QC Manager to oversee department
Monitor third party claim process
Collect quality related issues and market information from inspectors and distribute to relevant buyer or RVP
Conduct phone meetings withTeam leaders and prepare meeting agenda to QC Manager
Verify and monitorInspectors daily activities
Assist QC Manager on communication with buyers, RVPs, China Sales on quality, routing and claim issues
MaintainInspection property list such as vehicles and testing equipment
Prepares documents for scanning and scans high volumes of paper on internal systems and client platforms
Enters information from scanned images and paper documents
Generate Excel Spreadsheet
Reviews and verifies data entered into system to ensure accuracy
Ensures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended
Communicates with coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
Deliver files and reports to various departments within the organization
Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format
Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and print
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Bilingual (English/Chinese)
