Construction company in Encino is looking for a full-time DEDICATED DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE that is willing to grow with our company.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual who will be able to assist our scheduling department with day-to-day tasks as well as supporting our entire team. The position demands an individual who is extremely detail-oriented and has strong multi-tasking skills.
Skills:
High proficiency using MS Office & Outlook (Calendar & Email).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Computer literate.
Must have good confirmation skills
Ability to provide excellent client service.
Highly organized and strong time management skills.
Great attention to detail.
Background in SALES is a PLUS
Background in CONSTRUCTION IS A PLUS
Responsibilities:
Dispatching sales representatives to their assigned appointments.
Calendar maintenance.
Assist with other department duties as needed and directed.

We are offering the following:
Bonus + Commissions Based on Sales / Performance
Hourly Rate- DOE
Weekly Pay
BUSINESS HOURS:
Mondays-Thursdays: 9AM-6:00PM
Friday: 8:30AM-4:00PM
