We are looking for a magical unicorn to join the WitMark Marketing team as a Marketing and Digital Specialist. In this role, you will help guide the digital marketing efforts for our clients and support all other marketing efforts, including PR, strategy, content, and more. We are a boutique agency working with clients located throughout the country. We are currently working remotely but do have an office in downtown Santa Barbara.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of digital and marketing experience

Knowledge of Ads Manager, Business Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics

Experience with social, video, display, search, retargeting

Work well independently and has exceptional time management and organizational skills

Must have a sense of humor!

Job Description

Content creation for organic social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

Regular maintenance and monitoring of social channels to ensure timely responses and audience engagement.

Paid social media advertising and end-to-end campaign management via Facebook Business Manager with a comprehensive understanding of objectives, targeting & segmentation, budget management, and UTM tracking.

Build clear benchmarks for social campaign metrics to determine campaign performance.

Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Ad Manager including setup for onboarding clients, including designating admins, assigning and sharing assets, initializing Ad Accounts, pixel installation, audience creation, etc.

Draft and post blogs/articles for various clients on WordPress.

Edit and disseminate press releases.

Understanding of web analytics and connection to social media and Google or other advertising platforms.

Provide routine briefings of active campaigns.

Draft initial campaign plans and provide reports for clients.

Build progress reports for Google Analytics.

Provide support and optimization with Google Ads including keywords and campaign maintenance.

Ability to multitask between many clients within various industries and work with specific timelines.

Identify and forecast marketing trends and opportunities including automation platforms, social media, etc.

Provide extra support in other marketing tasks when necessary, including print, email campaigns, etc.

Understanding of overarching strategic plans and implementation of segmented plans including the writing of social and digital strategies.

Good to Have

Microsoft and Google Suite Knowledge

Hootsuite knowledge.

Basic understanding of WordPress.

Email campaign experience via Constant Contact or MailChimp.

Photo/video editing skills via Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar editing platforms.

Understanding and use of Canva

Trello and Slack

Excellent communication

A can-do attitude, self-starter, and a team-player work ethic!

Pay is dependent upon experience. We do not offer healthcare but do offer paid holidays and are very flexible with vacation request
