Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

Drives product strategy of leading digital-first, total population health advocacy solution, and serves as a business owner of related project work, partnering closely with Clinical and Service Operations, and Digital partners to ensure investment and roadmap priority alignment.

Leads Service product development, aligned with a multi-year Product portfolio strategy, reimaging the insurance core through next-generation managed care solutions driven by a combination of digital engagement, integrated guidance, networks, and benefit design.

Develops, implements, and maintains a competitive product portfolio through end-to-end product lifecycle management, achieving growth and retention targets in partnership with business segments.

Aligns enterprise strategies to incrementally build on member experiences, balancing digital-first efficiency with member engagement, and meaningful member experiences that build trust.

Partners with key SMEs throughout the organization to achieve superior execution of product strategy and roadmap in the marketplace.

Tracks product performance by funding type, market segment, and sub-region, identifying and acting on continuous opportunities for improvement.

Supports the development of short and long term strategic product plans in support of market, sales, and profitability objectives. Identifies Digital, IT, Operational needs to support short and long term product strategy.

Develops product requirements and business cases focused on delivering ROI.

May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of complex regional and company-wide initiatives including portfolio repositioning in a market, legislative changes, network/provider changes/medical management program and policy initiatives, etc.

Qualifications+ + Requires a BA/BS degree; 7-10 years of product management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Demonstrated results in three or more of the following areas required: Product Development, Product Management, Market Strategy, Risk Management

Preferred experience: Deep understanding of member/consumer experience, clinical and/or advocacy solutions, ability to lead through change, comfortable working in a highly cross-matrixed organization, strategic visioning, and portfolio positioning, establishing new processes and paths to flawless execution

MBA preferred

Managed Health Care very helpful.
