Translate business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform

Lead solution design sessions, design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives

Provide implementation guidance during evaluation of a business requirement to determine configuration, customization, or third party product needs

Estimate the level of effort to implement an Enterprise level solution

Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations

Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of Salesforce solution architecture experience

A minimum of ten years of development and/or architecture experience in Information Technology

Expert level understanding of the core Salesforce platform products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) with functional knowledge of the entire product suite

Hold one ore more Salesforce Certifications in Platform Development, System Architecture, or Clouds (Sales, Service, Communities)

Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration

Experience with building Reports, Dashboards, Process Builders and Flow

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements

U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
