DescriptionOur Liberty Lake client is seeking a strong Full Charge Bookkeeper/HR/Office manager to add to the team.This position is intended to maintain all accounting processes and as Human Resource, onboard new employees, maintain employee benefits.These duties included but not limited to:Invoicing, Accounts payable and receivable, job costing, payroll, taxes, new employee hiring packets and set up, health insurance enrollment, maintenance of accounting files, preparation/organization of various financial forms, reports, and financial analyses, etc. You may be asked to assist with projects and general office support tasks when necessary.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:The position requires considerable knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting functions. The individual must be detailed oriented, organized and a quick learner.Must know Quickbooks and Microsoft- excel, word, outlook. The ability to work with time constraints while maintains details. Able to prioritize, working with customers and vendors via phone and e-mails.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience required in all of the following:LeadershipWorking as a team and on your ownQuickBooksPayrollTaxesSales tax reportsA/RA/PMonth end financials Soft A/R collections Year end W-2’s Balancing and paying credit cards Statistical spreadsheets in excelAdvancement opportunitiesWorking conditionsFront office working conditions combined with interactions with employees in the production areas of the shop. Work attire must fit in with all of these areas of the company.Requirements

Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
Previous accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
5+ years of related experience- Accomplished in analytical, quantitative and social skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well
Well-founded grasp of Accounts Provisioning
Command of Full Cycle Payroll
Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred
Practical knowledge of billing
Quality experience with consumer collections
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
Proficiency in HR (Human Resources)
Solid understanding of benefits payroll
General familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
