Phone Sales Reps $1,000 Training Bonus - Work Remotely (Oklahoma City)

We need six hard working, pleasant speaking, and ambitious phone reps immediately!

What we do:

We provide logistics compliance services and we also help owners sell their logistics business. Due to the shutdown of the economy, many owners are unable to sell their small logistics business. Previously, 80% of businesses that were placed on the market each year went unsold. That percentage is much higher now.

The compliance services we offer keeps the logistics companies out of hot water with the state and federal government.

The business owner training packages we offer provides owners with the resources and strategies required to sell their small business without a business broker or M&A firm. They can sell quicker and put more money into their pockets without the middle man.

What you do:

You will be assisting us by selling compliance services over the phone, recruiting, and training sales reps remotely. Our sales reps call logistics business owners, CPA's, bookkeepers, financial advisors, insurance agents, and other professionals who help small logistics businesses. This is not a high-pressure sale. We use the "by the way" approach to invite business owners to free business seller webinars and send autoresponder email messages which sells the business owner training packages for you.

The training program is designed to provide you with the skills needed to contact decision makers of logistics companies, identify opportunities to help them, and close sales in order for you to teach others how to become successful as well. You assist us by making sales, building a sales team, and motivating your team to produce at the highest level possible.

No management or supervisory experience is required.

However, you must (no exceptions):

Have a smartphone

Have a quiet work area

Have a computer with internet service

Have at least 1 year of successful phone sales experience

In addition, you must:

Be goal driven

Have a self starter mentality

Have a professional speaking voice

Be available for training within 2 to 3 days from today

Have the availability to work at least 30 hours a week between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM M-F

Commissions, bonuses, and overrides are paid weekly.
