Entry Level Customer Service: We are looking to add focused and determined individuals to our fast growing team. Our customer service department is responsible for providing customer satisfaction while representing our company in a positive way. This includes tasks such as making corrections on accounts, providing excellent customer service to new clients, and answering any questions the customer may have. As advancement continues this position will transition into training, coaching, and counseling new employees while communicating job expectations. Other daily tasks will include implementing production, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
