We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
-Oversee customer services and resolve issues with a great attitude
-Ensure a high quality of ingredients, food preparation, and customer service
-Train, Coach, Motivate, Lead and manage restaurant personnel
-Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
-Hire and fire staff appropriately
-Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
-Manage food costs and payroll to meet goal percentage
-Managing the equipment and ensuring the appropriate maintenance and repairing
-Be well versed in every area of the business (kitchen, prep, office work, cashiering, vendors etc)
​Qualifications:
-Must have flexible hours: mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
-1 year+ experience as a restaurant manager
-Personal transportation required. (not public transportation)
-Must have managerial food safety certification
-Strong leadership qualities
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
