The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required: administrative work, general clerical support, answering general questions about the business, operating a cash register, collecting fees and waiver signatures.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail/ internal emails
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Manage a cash register
Collect fees and distribute wristbands
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
Computer skills (Adobe, Word, Excel Gmail)
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Time management skills
