Civico Group is hiring a beverage director (Little Italy/Bankers Hill)

Civico 1845 and Civico By the Park is looking for a new energetic beverage director to lead both our restaurants

We serve authentic, modern Italian craft cocktails

Beverage Director must have extensive experience in Italian craft cocktails, Amaros and Limoncellos.

Must be able to manage all bar staff.

Job duties will include: Scheduling, ordering, hiring and inventory

labor goals, liquor cost, etc.

This is a hourly position that also includes bar shifts with tip.
