Division is currently seeking a Material Handler to join our team. This position is based at our Sherman, TX facility and will

work 2nd shift and will support the Shipping/Receiving department.Making what matters work at Eaton

You will be responsible for unloading and loading material from trucks and/or other departments in order to keep flow of

product smooth and efficient.

You will move raw material in a safe manner, and dispose

of scrap.

You will operate forklifts.

You will store, space and deliver materials or

products.

You will stack pallets and arrange materials.

You will receive training on use of power truck and

other powered material handling equipment (ex. walking crane or hoist).

You will perform 5S & Continuous Improvement

activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent from

an accredited institution

Must be legally authorized to work in

the United States without company sponsorship

No relocation benefit is being offered

for this position. Only candidates that

currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be

considered

Preferred

Qualifications:

Strong product knowledge.

Forklift experience both stand up and

sit down.

Position Criteria:

Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently

(33-66%) and up to 75 lbs. occasionally by stooping, reaching, bending

Ability to follow directions, work independently and

close attention to detail

Work as part of a team having responsibility for

assembling an entire product or component of a product

Ability to reach, grasp and manipulate­

Ability to work mandatory overtime, including

Saturdays and up to 12 hours in a shift, as needed by the business

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (eight to twelve

hours) and perform repetitious tasks
